Voices of Saraya submissions
The display name, optional role and experience text are used to review a submission. It is published only with your consent and approval, and may be rejected during review. The approved display name, text, role and display date may remain public while the testimonial is published; this does not mean permanent retention of private moderation data. The current testimonial form does not collect email. Any optional private email used for moderation or follow-up is never published and follows the retention policy of up to 12 months. Pending or rejected submissions and private moderation data are not kept longer than necessary for their purpose. Production submissions are currently disabled; local test submissions are saved in a private development file.
Data and its purposes
Contact, join and support forms process your name, email, phone and message, plus city, participation type and area of interest for joining or support. With your consent, this data is used to handle, respond to, follow up on and review your request and for related administrative needs. Any optional private contact data for moderation or follow-up is used only for that purpose.
Delivery and retention
Contact, join and support requests are not currently stored in a database. Real email delivery is disabled. Once enabled, data will be sent to the association’s mailbox through the configured provider. The stated policy will apply to copies in the mailbox, provider and production storage. Technical review and deletion procedures must be configured before production use. The test adapter neither sends nor saves request content.
Use of data
Personal data is not sold or used for marketing on this website. Any future marketing purpose requires separate consent.
Logs and protection
The application does not log request content, names, emails or phone numbers. Request logs contain only an identifier, time, outcome and error category. Protection uses temporary counters and may use a key derived from the network address when a trusted server is configured; the raw network address is not stored in those counters.
Cookies and analytics
The application currently adds no tracking cookies, analytics or marketing tools. Hosting settings and future services should be reviewed before this policy changes.
Your language choice is saved in the browser’s local storage for convenience, without tracking.
Retention period
Contact, join, support and testimonial data, including optional private contact details, may be retained for up to 12 months to handle requests, follow up, moderate and meet related administrative needs. After that period, data is deleted if it is no longer needed for its original purpose or another valid operational requirement. Any need for continued retention is reviewed; indefinite retention is not adopted. Data whose purpose ends earlier is deleted without waiting for the period to expire. An approved testimonial’s name and text remain public while it is published, with publication consent.
